MICLAD B&B Colosseum Guest House welcomes you and asks you to read the following statement for a good stay in the structure.
• Check-in from 2pm to 7pm: free
• Check-In from 7pm to 10pm: additional cost of 20 €;
• Check-In from 10pm to 11pm: additional cost of 40 €;
• Check in is not possible after the 11pm;
• Check out within 10am;
To ensure our presence and avoid unpleasant expectations MICLAD B&B asks Guests to communicate, if possible at the time of booking, the time of arrival, even by telephone.
Every guests have to bring with themselves a valid ID card or passport: worth the inability of the structure to accommodate the guests. In this unlikely event, the guests have to pay the total amount due. All data will be handled in compliance with the obligations setted by the Privacy Act.
The balance amount and the cost of of the Rome’s city tax have to be paid at the time of arrival.
Please note that rates may depends by the season.
Room’s price includes:
- Overnight stay;
- Cleanings;
- Wi-fi;
- Tipical Italian breakfast in adjacent bar;
Not Included:
- Rome’s city tax (6.00€ per person and per night);
- Extra cleanings;
- Late check-in;
- Extra requests;
The structure rises from any liability arising from the relationship between the guest and the structures affiliated with it.
Room’s cleanings every third day of stay.
MICLAD B&B is located in a condominium, and therefore we kindly ask guests to keep as much as possible modest noises on the stairs, especially in the early morning and evening.
Guests will have the keys to get back any time: keys loss costs 100€.
Guests are not allowed to ensure access to other people in the B&B at any time.
Guests are not allowed to smoke all over the structure: according to art. 51 of the Law 3/2003 MICLAD B&B may apply fines from € 27.50 to € 275.
Special requests are subject to availability at time of booking or arrival and agreed with the manager. They may also incur additional charges.
Guests are required to refund any damage caused by themselves.
MICLAD B&B has no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of guests’ objects.
Compliance with this Regulation shall be binding; otherwise managers reserve the right to not allow more guests’ stay.
BOOKING
So that the reservation can be confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount is required within the next 72h: After this period of time the reservation will be cancelled. The deposit payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF THE RESERVATION
Every reservation is non-refundable.
If guests won’t arrive by the next day of the expected check-in date, and do not communicate any delay, the reservation will be cancelled and no refund is due, but is required the balance of the total amount due.
MICLAD B&B has no responsibility for cancellations occurred by due to force majeure.No refund expected for bookings relating to special offers or refund’s requests received after the period of stay.
